Alpha Nikê Response
In 1870, four women at Indiana Asbury College in Greencastle, Indiana, formed a fraternity for women seeking a college education. These pioneers chose a Greek name, wrote a constitution, and designed a badge signifying their aspirations — thus founding Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. Then the women, as Alpha Chapter, began the next business in order: extension to other campuses.
