Chapter Beginnings

When Delta Tau added its link to the national chain at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, in January 1971, Theta became the first new Panhellenic group installed at the school in 22 years. The new chapter moved into a formerly vacant house with expertly refinished donated furniture, and silver and china on loan from the recently disestablished Beta Eta Chapter. Delta Tau Chapter left the campus in 1983.

Notable Thetas

From the very beginning, Theta alumnae have distinguished themselves in their careers and their volunteer endeavors. In fact, some are so well-known that they’re household names, and many have the distinction of being the first women in their professional fields. The archives takes this opportunity to recognize some of our more notable sisters.
