Delta Omega Nikê Response
When Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College was founded in the town of College Station in 1876, it was the first public college in Texas. However, only one woman received a diploma from Texas A&M before 1963. Therefore, Theta's twin stars were truly shining when Delta Omega Chapter was installed at Texas A&M in February 1976.
