Bucknell University was founded in 1846 and first admitted women in 1883. Epsilon Pi Chapter was established on the campus in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania in 1984. At the same time, the Pi Beta Phi chapter was celebrating its centennial, having come to campus 100 years before.
